Bids were received from the following vendors:

Company Name
Proposed Fee
D Construction
$3,048,323.50
K-five Construction
$3,157,895.00
R.W. Dunteman
$3,388,722.05
Engineer's Estimate
$3,855,550.00

The engineer's estimate is based on unit prices obtained from the 2017 Street Resurfacing Program - MFT and 2017 Street Resurfacing Program - City, which were bid during February and March 2017. The low bid came in below the engineer's estimate largely because the unit price of asphalt material was below expected value.
