BACKGROUND:
The Water Utilities issued Bid 18-017 seeking vendors to supplement and/or assist City Crews during emergencies; when work exceeds the capacity of the Utility’s crews; or when the work requires specialized equipment or expertise beyond the capabilities of staff. The work under this contract includes the installation, replacement and relocation of water and sewer main segments, sanitary sewer manholes, valves, vaults and service laterals. Work will be assigned to the contractor on an ‘as needed’ basis.
