BOARD/COMMISSION REVIEW:
The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on the Naperville Polo Club on September 21, 2022. Four members of the public spoke on the request. Three members of the public spoke in opposition generally raising concerns with the proposed density, traffic generation from the development, and the proposed Hawkweed connection. Following commissioner discussion, the PZC closed the public hearing and made a motion to approve the request (approved 7,0).
