BACKGROUND:
The Naperville Jaycees Park is located north and east of the Naperville Municipal Center. It is located on City property and is maintained by the City of Naperville. The park is also within the boundaries of the Naperville Riverwalk.
DISCUSSION:
Deb Newman is requesting use of the Jaycees Park on behalf of John Green Real Estate for an event to be held in September 2026. Because the park is located within the geographic limits of the Riverwalk, she is seeking the Riverwalk Commission’s approval.
