BACKGROUND:
The City of Naperville Municipal Code Title 11, Chapter 2, Article B establishes commuter daily fee parking areas and accessible and daily fee parking.
In June 2026, the vacant property at 333 Center Street was marked with 31 new daily fee parking spaces and 4 ADA parking spaces. Staff has updated the code to reflect the establishment of the new daily fee parking area with new accessible and daily fee parking.
DISCUSSION:
Staff recommends amending Table 11-2B-5 Commuter Daily Fee Parking Areas to reflect the addition of new daily fee and accessible parking.
