BACKGROUND:
Sponsored by the Naperville Art League, the Riverwalk Fine Art Fair is an annual event that brings artists from around the country to downtown Naperville to showcase pieces in a variety of mediums.
DISCUSSION:
The attached map depicts road closures and temporary No Parking/Tow Zones. The vendor/display location only will be designated as a No Parking/Tow Zone and posted accordingly. Information about the event will be available on the Naperville Art League and City websites. All insurance requirements will be fulfilled prior to the issuance of a Special Event permit.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Naperville Art League has been awarded a total of $29,000 in SECA Grant funding for City Services ($9,000) and Operations ($20,000). Any City service costs in excess of the grant award will be billed to the organizers.
