Artist Raul Rodea is requesting $5,200 of SECA public art CY26 set-aside funding for a window mural project, at Pro Image Sports (120 Water Street, Suite 118).
The SECA Commission reserved a total of $15,000 for public art requests that arise throughout CY26. No other requests for this funding have been received or granted this year.
