Discuss Commissioner Lowe’s report on Sister Cities Commission plan and activities moving forward

Arrangement of the Sister Cities Commissioners to cover Nitra, Cancun, new acquisitions, education, culture, and business.
A set of two Commissioners will be responsible for covering one of our Sister Cities or an agenda category. Commissioners will be responsible for engaging together outside of Commission meetings to establish contacts, engage in new activities, develop and execute an action plan and then to present a report on their activities at the Commission meeting.
Councilman Longenbaugh provides a report on City Council’s questions and suggestions.
While there has been interest establishing new Sister Cities (India and Ireland), 2024 will be spent on reestablishing partnerships with the three current Sister Cities.
Education: Activities for arts and student exchanges
Culture: Library presentations and display cases
Business: Connecting Naperville businesses to counterparts in our Sister Cities.
