BACKGROUND:
In February 2024, the Transportation, Engineering, and Development Business Group (TED) issued RFQ Work Order 21-012.0.A.00-TED, Construction Engineering - Sylvan Circle and East Porter Avenue Utility and Roadway Improvements. The purpose of this RFQ is to provide construction engineering services for the Sylvan Circle and East Porter Avenue Utility and Roadway Improvements project. This RFQ utilized TED's approved phase III consultant engineering services shortlist.

Staff has evaluated both proposals and recommends retaining the services of Thomas Engineering Group, LLC to conduct the phase III construction inspection services for the project.
