BACKGROUND:
City Council awarded Cooperative Procurement 23-064 to Garland/DBS Inc on April 5, 2023, with a final completion date of July 31, 2023.
The purpose of this contract is to restore the roofs and building envelopes of the vehicle storage garage and the motor control center building at the Springbrook Water Reclamation Center.
DISCUSSION:
This Change Order is requested to extend the final completion date from July 31, 2023 to November 30, 2023 due to delays in receiving supplies beyond the control of Garland/DBS.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The requested Change Order is for an extension of time only and has no fiscal impact.
