BACKGROUND:
The Naperville Police and Park District Police have a strong partnership and, together, recommend that computer aided dispatching systems and radio communications be shared across the organizations.
This intergovernmental agreement renews a previous agreement with adjustments to Sections 5.1-5.4 that better define assessed fees.
DISCUSSION:
The City has reviewed the attached agreement with the Naperville Park District. The agreement has been approved by the Naperville Park District Board and shall be in effect for a period of five years.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The schedule of payments is outlined in Section 5 of the agreement.
