BACKGROUND:
Water Utility Technician Brett Daggett suffered a work-related job injury on July 5, 2019 resulting in medical treatment and lost wages.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Daggett have agreed to enter a settlement contract to resolve his workers’ compensation claim for a one-time payment $225,000.
FISCAL IMPACT:
One-time payment of $225,000.
