BACKGROUND:

Police officer Vince Clark was injured during a work-related activity on December 11, 2019. Clark treated for his injury and has recovered. Clark has since retired. 

DISCUSSION:

The City and Clark have agreed to resolve his workers’ compensation claim for a one-time payment of $94,127.63. 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The City shall make a one-time payment of $94,127.63.
