BACKGROUND:
The United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a public hearing prior to submission of a CDBG Annual Action Plan.
DISCUSSION:
A 30-day public comment period and public hearing are required prior to submission of the Annual Action Plan (AAP). The Program Year 2022 AAP was made available to the public for review and comment beginning January 17, 2022. Public comments are accepted through the date of the public hearing on February 15, 2022.
To date, no comments have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Allocation of approximately $565,000 Community Development Block Grant Program Year 2022 funds.
