Prior to each application cycle, the SECA Commission will review and approve the timeline and, based on feedback from the previous funding year, make adjustments to grant processes.
In addition to any items resulting from the discussion on Agenda Item E1, the following items have been proposed for evaluation for CY 2022:
1. Revise the SECA Grant Fund mission statement to better align with the City’s recently updated mission statement
2. Revise the CY 2022 SECA Grant Fund online application to include a sustainability question
3. Consider establishing a rule for pre-payment requests
4. Continuation of assigning requests to different fund categories
5. Selecting an annual grant theme
