BOARD/COMMISSION REVIEW:
The Building Review Board (BRB) recommended approval (5-0) at its meeting on June 16, 2021. Staff concurs.
BACKGROUND:
The petitioner, Partners in Design Architects, Inc. is seeking to demolish a portion of the existing Market Meadows shopping mall located on the northwest corner of Naper Blvd. and 75th Street and construct a new building adjacent to the existing structures.
