BACKGROUND:
The White Eagle Golf Club is located at 3400 Club Drive, Naperville, IL will be hosting a fireworks display behind 2444 Fawn Lake Circle on July 10, 2021 at 9:30 p.m.
DISCUSSION:
In accordance with the Naperville Municipal Code, an application for the fireworks permit must be approved by the City Council. All the necessary paperwork has been filed with the Fire Department. A scaled plan of this event is attached with the application along with the appropriate Certificate of Insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
