BACKGROUND:
On February 6, 2017, Water Utility employee Robert McQuen suffered a work-related injury. McQuen underwent treatment for his injury and can no longer perform his job duties for the City.
DISCUSSION:
The City and McQuen have agreed to a resolution of his workers’ compensation claim against the City for a payment of $171,354.24.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City shall make a one-time payment of $171,354.24.
