Consider Mall of India’s request for a dispenser permit and Class B license

The Mall of India was previously approved to apply for a Class M liquor license, which would allow liquor to be carried throughout the food court. They have revised their concept to include self-service kiosks. This change will require a dispenser permit, which are currently only available to Class B and J licensees. The Hungry Horse Restaurant is proposed to be the licensee for the Class B license. A Class M would still be required for liquor to be carried through the food court.
