BACKGROUND:
On April 15, 2019, City employee Jamie Antich was injured in the course of his employment. Antich has completed a course of medical treatment for his injuries and has returned to full duty work.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Antich have agreed to a settlement of $86,900 as compensation for his work injuries.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City shall make a one-time payment of $86,900.
