ENTITLEMENTS REQUESTED:

BOARD/COMMISSION REVIEW:
The subject case is expected to be rescheduled for PZC review on April 21, 2021.
BACKGROUND:
A public hearing to consider a variance to Section 6-6A-7:1 (R1A Yard Requirements) of the Naperville Municipal Code to permit a sunroom to encroach into the required rear yard setback at the subject property located at 1163 Timberlane Court was scheduled and advertised for the April 8, 2021, PZC meeting - PZC #21-1-024.
DISCUSSION:
The petitioner will be required to provide additional notice in advance of the rescheduled PZC public hearing date. Staff will additionally provide an updated newspaper notice in advance of this meeting.
