The subject case is expected to be rescheduled for HPC review in October 2020.
BACKGROUND:
A public meeting to consider a COA for changes to the primary façade for the residence located at 219 North Ellsworth Street was scheduled and advertised for the September 24, 2020, HPC meeting - COA 20-3281.
DISCUSSION:
The petitioner will be required to provide additional notice in advance of the rescheduled HPC meeting date.
