BACKGROUND:
Firefighter Jody Jones was injured in a training exercise on April 25, 2017. Jones received medical treatment, but was not able to return to her duties as a Firefighter. On July 13, 2020 Jones received a duty related Disability Pension.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Jones have agreed to resolve the workers’ compensation case for a one-time payment by the City to Jones of $153,328.91

A one-time payment by of $153,328.91.
