Staff of S.B. Friedman, Inc. will present the draft Housing Needs Assessment for the City of Naperville. The report was completed as the first part of the Housing Needs Assessment/Affordable Housing Plan and was commissioned by the City of Naperville in response to the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) recommendations.
