The subject case expected to be rescheduled for PZC review in January 2020.
BACKGROUND:
A public hearing to consider a major change to the River Main PUD to allow a height deviation permitting a five-story building to be constructed at 315 S. Main Street was scheduled and advertised for the December 18, 2019 PZC meeting - PZC 19-1-131. The petitioner is currently considering additional changes to the proposed building. Accordingly, this case will not be heard at the December 18th PZC meeting.
DISCUSSION:
The petitioner will be required to provide additional notice in advance of the rescheduled PZC public hearing date. Staff will additionally provide updated newspaper notice in advance of this meeting.
