BACKGROUND:
The Naperville Police Department (PD) deploys police officers to manage critical incidents, crash scenes, special events and other major events that occur within the City. During the 2019 budget process, PD identified the need to expand the use of technology and data to more efficiently manage and respond to major events. The department has identified a video wall system that can meet these needs and become a critical part of the department's real time command center.

The video wall will include two (2) rows of three (3) 55" video monitors that accept multiple video inputs to display a variety of data, a video wall processor, CineNet control interface, audio system, implementation and training. The CineNet control interface, known as the Alpha FX Core, is a multi-4K, IP-enabled video wall controller that supports IP streaming as well as physical inputs and outputs.
