Criteria for the Senior of the Year is inspiring senior citizens that give back to the community unselfishly through their leadership, heart, energy, hospitality and service. They devote many hours of personal, unpaid time to make sure that the tasks are completed on a timely basis. The assistance is frequent and not just single occurrences. The positive impact that seniors make touches many walks of life.
Mayor Chirico will present the 2019 Naperville Senior of the Year to James Kauffman and Anne Henriksen.
