BACKGROUND:

On July 16, 2019, the City Council directed staff to prepare an ordinance to establish an all-way stop at the intersection of Ellsworth Street and Jefferson Avenue.

DISCUSSION:

The intersection of Ellsworth Street and Jefferson Avenue is currently under two-way stop control, with Ellsworth stopping for Jefferson.  Passing the ordinance will modify this location to an all-way stop.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The fiscal impact will be approximately $160, which is the cost to add two stop signs.
