BACKGROUND:
The United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a public hearing prior to submission of a Substantial Amendment to a Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan.
DISCUSSION:
A 30-day public comment period and public hearing are required in advance of formal submission of a Substantial Amendment to a Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan. Substantial Amendment #1C to the Program Year 2018 Annual Action Plan was made available to the public for review and comment beginning on May 8, 2019. Comments will be accepted through June 6, 2019 with a public hearing to be held on June 4, 2019. To date, no comments have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Reallocation of $185,832 in CDBG funds.
