BACKGROUND:
The United Stated Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires a public hearing prior to submission of a Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan.
DISCUSSION:
A 30-day public comment period and public hearing are required prior to submission of the Annual Action Plan. The Program Year 2019 Annual Action Plan was made available to the public for review and comment beginning on May 8, 2019. The public hearing will take place on June 4, 2019 with comments accepted through June 6, 2019. To date, no comments have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Allocation of $687,016 in Community Development Block Grant funds.
