The City’s long-term planning options were discussed at the February 4 Housing Advisory Commission meeting. Highlighted were a housing needs analysis and affordable housing plan, including participating in the Metropolitan Mayors Caucus (MMC) Technical Assistance Project. The consensus of the Commission was to move forward and accept the offer from MMC. The process of the Technical Assistance Project is detailed in the attachment for approval.
