Staff will commission a Housing Needs Analysis in order to analyze and compile data on Naperville’s current and future housing situation. This Analysis will be used to develop recommendations on the City’s affordable housing strategy.

This study was recommended in the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice (AI) and funding was included in the PY 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Annual Action Plan. The expenditure was approved by the City Council on March 6, 2018.
