At the December 4, 2018 City Council meeting, Council requested that the Housing Advisory Commission provide feedback on the issue of attainable and affordable housing within the 5th Avenue Development.

 

Transportation, Engineering and Development Business Group (TED) staff will make a presentation providing background on the 5th Avenue Development, the community planning process, previous City Council discussions and definitions of attainable/affordable housing.

 

The DuPage Homeless Alliance will present their position on attainable/affordable housing as it pertains to the 5th Avenue Development.
