BACKGROUND:
The St. Paddy's Day 5K will be held prior to the St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 16, 2019. The run will begin at approximately 8:00 a.m. and is anticipated to draw an estimated 3,000 participants. The parade will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m. Both organizations are requesting an amplifier permit beginning at 7:00 a.m.
