BACKGROUND:
Top Golf Naperville will be hosting a fireworks display located at 3211 Odyssey Court, Naperville, IL on December 31, 2018 at 11:59 p.m.
DISCUSSION:
In accordance with the Naperville Municipal Code, an application for the fireworks permit must be approved by City Council. All the necessary paperwork has been filed with the Fire Department. A scaled plan for this event is attached with the application along with the appropriate Certificate of Insurance naming the City as an additional insured.
