BACKGROUND:

As part of the approval of the Ashwood Crossing Development in southwest Naperville, various changes to the roadway network were implemented.  These changes include:

•                     Re-alignment of Wolf’s Crossing Road to intersection with 95^th Street

•                     Extension of Trumpet Avenue to Wolf’s Crossing Road

•                     Installation of two new traffic signals at the intersections of Trumpet Avenue with 248^th Avenue and Wolf’s Crossing Road

•                     Removal of the existing traffic signal and intersection of 248^th Avenue with Wolf’s Crossing Road

DISCUSSION:

The two new traffic signals on Trumpet Avenue were activated on March 30, 2018.  The traffic signal at the former intersection of 248^th Avenue and Wolf’s Crossing Road has also been removed.  The attached ordinance updates the traffic schedule of the Municipal Code with these revisions.
