BACKGROUND:
Naperville Country Club is located at 25 West 570 Chicago Ave., Naperville, IL. The display “rack banks” will be located 30 feet North of driving range fairway on the golf course. Approximate time of display will be 9:15 p.m.
DISCUSSION:
In accordance with the Naperville Municipal Code, an application for the fireworks permit must be approved by City Council. All the necessary paperwork has been filed with the Fire Department. A scaled plan for this event is attached with the application along with the appropriate Certificate of Insurance name the City as an additional insured.
