The Financial section of the workshop will focus on the financial processes of Naper Settlement and the Naperville Heritage Society including annual operating budget.  This section of the workshop will also include a discussion of future capital funding for projects such as the Innovation Hall, Agricultural Center and Exhibit Space.

 

                     What financial processes are working well?

                     What financial processes need review and/or updating?

                     Is the information supplied outside the budget process sufficient (cash disbursements, agenda items, etc.)?

                     If not, what additional information is needed and when?

                     What is the best forum for the conversation about the merits of future capital projects at Naper Settlement, funding philosophy, and possible funding strategies?

                     Will the City consider SECA as a potential funding source for Settlement projects?
