Action Item 1C - Fair Housing Education and Training Consultant Services RFP
Bids in response to the RFP were due on March 2, 2018. The City did not receive any bids on the proposed fair housing education and training project. Of the four consultants the City distributed the RFP to directly, two submitted No Bid Forms and two did not respond. Subsequently staff reached out to all 4 consultants to better understand why they elected not to bid on the RFP. The RFP (attached) has been revised to address some of the consultants’ concerns and will be re-issued.
