BACKGROUND:

The Transportation, Engineering and Development Business Group issued Bid 18-005 seeking vendors to perform micro-surfacing, slurry sealing of cul-de-sac bulbs, and thermoplastic pavement marking removal and replacement in various locations throughout the City.  This is an annual program to significantly extend the life of pavement.
