BACKGROUND:
The online application and associated documents are reviewed and updated annually for the upcoming grant cycle.
DISCUSSION:
As the staff begins preparation for the CY19 application cycle, it is appropriate for the SECA Commission to review and provide comment for the application and associated documents. Staff is also recommending that the CY18 Final Financial Report be reinstated as part of the application packet materials.
