The program constructs new sidewalk, where it did not previously exist, to help increase pedestrian mobility throughout the City. Installation of new sidewalk follows the guiding principles set forth in the City's Comprehensive Sidewalk Policy. These locations were approved by the Transportation Advisory Board (TAB) on December 3, 2016, and approved by City Council December 20, 2016.
