BACKGROUND:

Sponsored by the Naperville Art League, the Riverwalk Fine Art Fair is an annual event that brings artists from around the country to downtown Naperville to showcase pieces in a variety of mediums.  

 

DISCUSSION:

The Riverwalk Fine Art Fair will be held September 16-17, 2017.  The attached map depicts road closures, detours, and temporary No Parking/Tow Zones.  The vendor/display location only will be designated as a No Parking/Tow Zone, and posted accordingly, from 5 a.m. on Friday, September 15 through 9 p.m. on Sunday, September 17. 

 

All insurance requirements will be fulfilled prior to the issuance of a Special Event Permit. 

 

Information about the event will be available on the Naperville Art League and City web sites. 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Naperville Art League has been awarded a total of $39,303 in SECA Grant funding. Of the awarded grant funds, $1,086 is designated to cover the cost of City services.
