BACKGROUND:
The City Council considered and approved the following agenda items relating to KLA Schools at their meeting on January 15, 2019: annexation of the subject property located at 5S241 and 5S255 Tuthill Road; rezoning the property to OCI (Office, Commercial, and Institutional District); approving the preliminary/final subdivision plat and platted setback deviation for the subject property; and, approving a variance to allow parking in the required front yard.
At this same meeting, the City Council tabled the Petitioner’s requests to conduct the public hearing to consider the Annexation Agreement for KLA Schools and pass the ordinance authorizing execution of this agreement due to the failure by the Naperville Sun to publish the required newspaper notice.
At this time, the petitioner is requesting the City Council conduct the public hearing to consider the Annexation Agreement for KLA Schools and pass the ordinance authorizing execution of the Annexation Agreement. Official notice for the public hearing was published in the Naperville Sun on January 18, 2019.
