BACKGROUND:
On May 27, 2020, Water Utility Technician Jesse Small injured his wrist while on duty. Small was unable to return to full duty employment.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Small have agreed to resolve his workers’ compensation claim for a one-time payment of $133,471.20.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will make a one-time payment of $133,471.20
