BACKGROUND:
The City Manager awarded Sole Source Procurement 23-208, to Dorner Company on August 8, 2023, with a final completion date of December 31, 2023.
The purpose of this procurement is to replace eight actuators on the west side of the digesters which are in poor condition due to condensation being in underground vaults.
DISCUSSION:
This Change Order is requested to extend the final completion date from December 31, 2023 to May 31, 2024 due to delays in receiving supplies beyond the control of the Dorner Company.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The requested Change Order is for an extension of time only and has no fiscal impact.
