At their December 5, 2023 meeting, the City Council directed staff to provide annual updates on all the City's boards and commissions and the effectiveness of their missions.  The attached draft annual report includes accomplishments and challenges from 2024 and planned activities in 2025. 

The Sister Cities Commission should review the draft document, discuss and recommend changes, and approve an annual report at the November 13^th meeting.  Reports from all boards and commissions are due January 31, 2025, for transmission to the City Council in February.
