BOARD/COMMISSION REVIEW:
On February 6, 2025 the Transportation Advisory Board approved a recommendation to remove parking restrictions on Triton Lane and Catalpa Lane. Approve (8-0). Staff concurs.

BACKGROUND:
The City received a request to remove parking restrictions on Triton Lane and Catalpa Lane.

No Parking, Stopping, or Standing is currently allowed between 8:30 - 9:00 am, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, and 2:30 - 3:00 pm Monday through Friday on the north side of Triton Ln. No Parking, Stopping, or Standing is currently allowed from the centerline of Triton Ln. to 40' south of the centerline of Triton Ln. and from the centerline of Catalpa Ln. to a point 40' east of centerline of Catalpa Ln.

The requesting resident expressed that the conditions that warranted the parking restrictions at this location no longer exist.

Staff sent out a survey to the 16 adjacent residents on both sides of the street of Triton Lane Catalpa Lane. The responses received are shown in the table below:

Support|1010|Oppose|1010|No Opinion|1010|No Response

The results of the resident survey showed one hundred percent (100%) of the residents are in support of removing t...
