BACKGROUND:
In support of the City's priority to provide utility services that are reliable and safe, in December 2024, Water Utilities issued Bid 24-212, Fairway and Country Lakes Water Main Improvements. The project includes the replacement of water main within existing easements at two private apartment developments: Fifteen98 Apartments adjacent to Fairway Drive and Autumn Run Apartments adjacent to Country Lakes Drive.

The purpose of the project is to replace aging and deficient water main on these properties. The existing 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water mains were installed in the 1980's and will be replaced and upsized to 8-inch ductile iron pipe in accordance with City standards.
