BACKGROUND:
On April 10, 2017 and May 27, 2019, Firefighter Paramedic Todd Overmyer suffered injuries while performing work related duties. He received treatment for his injuries and returned to full duty work for the fire department.
DISCUSSION:
The City and Overmyer have agreed to resolve the two workers’ compensation claims for a total of $106,613.85.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The City will make a one-time payment of $106,613.85 to Todd Overmyer.
